I am fairly new to Cincinnati and to real estate investing in general, but I am in the process of trying to build my "Power Team" to help with deals in my area. I am trying to find and compile a list of
buyers, investors, and rehabbers so that I can start with assignments and then go from there.Other Interests

About Me
I have worked 12 years within the IT field and have reached a plateau in my career. The only way I see myself going is to begin in real estate investing. I am new to real estate investing in general, but I am willing to learn from anyone and would like to help as many people as I can. I would appreciate anyone's help who is willing to help me reach my goals as well.

Because I am just starting out, I want to learn how to do assignments and wholesale deals and then move into other areas of real estate, such as lease options, single family rentals and commercial properties (multi-family, office buildings, etc.)
