Off-Market properties, (commercial, industrial and retail)
Single (A rating) tenants, (must not be below B- rating)
Triple NET Leases ( Better if its over 10 years to expiration date )
9.5%+ Cap Rate ( Lest then 9.5% the buyers can buy locally.)

We also have Buyers for:
Multi Units (100+)
Shopping Centers
Government buildings
All properties that produce cash flow now!

Brokers are more then welcome, lets network and make some serious money!!!

Little about me:
I am not 6' 6" tall. I do not have ripped abdominal muscles and my veins do not pop out of my biceps when I flex. I do not have wavy brown hair that falls in front of my eyes. I do not own 20 vintage T-shirts with all the right rips and tears. I do not have a trust fund from my family's real estate fortune. I do not own a loft with 20' tall floor to ceiling windows in Soho, Tribeca, or Williamsburg. I do not vacation in the Hampton's, the South of France, or in Aspen. I do not appear regularly in the gossip columns of NYC papers. I do not have expensive German car that I keep in a garage for the occasional road trip. I do not have even the foggiest notion of how to ride a polo pony. I do not have any best-selling books or memoirs published to my name. I do not believe I have ever been in the same room with Paris Hilton, Anna Wintour, or P Diddy. I do not believe I would recognize any of them on sight anyway. I do not have a recreational cocaine or heroin habit. I do not have the names of three Swiss rehab clinics at my fingertips. I do not have the numbers of any major magazine publisher, or their assistants, on speed dial. I do not dine on a regular, or even irregular basis at Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, or Nobu. I do not live a life of leisure.

I am, in fact, quite average!

Anyway...

Hope all is well!
