About Us
 We are Greg & Brenda Wilson and we work together as a team. We are creative real estate investors, who also started helping people get business loans and mortgages. We love being able to help people achieve their dreams, whether it is through financing their dream home or helping their business grow.

We live and work at Lake Tahoe, which is a breathtaking area nestled in the heart of the Sierras. We operate from the California side of the lake but focus our efforts in the Reno/Sparks area.

A few years back we ourselves were in a mortgage that we really did not know anything about. Like most people we were excited to get into our house only and not really thinking about the mortgage side of it. Well without really knowing it, we were in a 2 year arm (adjustable rate mortgage), we paid too much for our house, and were doomed before we knew it. Our mortgage broker explained to us, that we can just refinance before he 2 yr arm comes up. Well when it came time to do that, the housing market fell big time, we were upside down in our mortgage (we owed more than what the house was worth). And we could not refinance the house, because of this. Knowing that our housing payments were going to go up almost $800 dollars a month, we knew we would not be able to handle that. So I started looking around for some help. We found some investors who explained what a short sale was to us and we agreed. We just wanted to be out of this mess. We moved to Lake Tahoe and started renting (which for us was a wonderful step). Well as time went on, we think we slipped through the investors system, (the investors that we were working with had a lot going on plus they operated out of Sacramento and our property was about 3.5 hrs away from them. Our house was foreclosed on.

In the meantime we were trying to learn everything we could about this process, short sales, foreclosures, mortgages, etc. Because we wanted a better understanding of what was going on. And we understood our situation to be the perfect situation for a short sale. But it did not happen. So we decided that we wanted to HELP people that were in our situation. It really is a difficult thing to go through but if you have someone there helping who is not out to get you (our mortgage company was trying to scare us BIG time, saying all sorts of things) it REALLY helps.

And that is why we formed this business, to HELP people. We have been there and we have learned so much and we think everyone should be helped through this time in their lives. And to know that it will get better! We look forward to working with you!

Aloha: We were just in Tahoe 2 weeks ago (and made a sizable deposit).
