I wholesale about 1.5 houses a week and all my deals will cash flow at least $200/m and have at least 25% and $20k in equity, for rentals. My average rental cashflows 230/m and has 35% equity and 25k in equity, sometimes more.
My average rehab property will net you at least $25k (after all expenses). I’ve sold houses where the buyer walked with 40-50k after all expenses, when they sold it.
