Iam in the process of finding private investors to help with the purchase of homes in my area for 20-40 cents on the dollar.For example,I have a house that was built in 2003 it is a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage,cathedrial ceilings tile through ought the whole house .house is 1826sqft, all for $42,000 in Sarasota Florida.Those same homes are being right now in my are for $120,000-$210,000. I come accross houses like this at least 5 times a day. All i need is the funds. I have buyers in place.
