Our goal is to invest in residential and commerical properties in or around the Sacramento county that brings in great cashflow and can appreciate. Our goal is accumulated to more than $2 million in real estate properties before the recession or depression end, (j/k) before the price skyrocket again. I'm even considering buying residential care facilities. We're also looking for funding, financing options, private investor, or investors to partner up to take down deals.
Other Interests
I love to TRAVEL around the world, VACATION in Hawaii, Tahiti other tropical island places. I do love to help people very much.

My name is Maya. I'm a entrepreneur and real estate investor from Sacramento, CA. My husband, Hugh, and I've always been interested in business and wealth accumulation. We been married for over 7 years when we were very young like 21. I started my career in financial services business teaching personal finance investing. Learning about entrepreneur business, I came across Robert Kiyosaki's teaching of the 4 cashflow quadrants. I actually didn't read Poor Dad, Rich Dad. But I know that I didn't want to be an employee or self-employed and wanted to be business owner and investor. Some of my friends introduce us to the game CASHFLOW to better understand how to get out of the RAT RACE. That was how we found real estate in 2005. I went to a R.E seminar to learn about probate but because R.E price was so high, we didn't buy any R.E. Instead we invest in to mutual funds at that time though. I was always waiting for the right time to jump in. Meanwhile, we was educating myself through Robert Kiyosaki's books, audio, games and seminar. We also studied others such as Robert Allen, James Smith, Suzie Orman, David Bach, Charles Givens and many others.
Finally, we bought our first duplex property around the end of 2007 when the market started falling. We didn't make an cashflow but did break even. And now I'm trying to get a loan mod for it. And at beginning of this year we bought another property that does have cash flow. Ye! and now we're trying to buy more properties and hold it.
My Business
I haven't start a business entity yet but I'm going to do it very soon. As soon as I can figure out which one? I've been getting alot of different advice from people. I've been thinking about starting affordable housing nonprofit organization.

At this time I don't have any properties near Sacramento. Have you considered investing in or around Napa Valley? We're not too far away and Napa has a great reputation for a stable market. Would you be interested? I would love to add you to my buyers list if thats alright with you.

Maya, thanks for the comment. I'll add you to my buyers list. Are you focusing on duplexes, multi-family, SFH's or just anything that cash flows? Any particular areas that you want to focus on?

Hi Maya, I am located in S.W. Florida. I recently opened a company callled SECURED PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LLC. Iam in the process of finding private investors to help with the purchase of homes in my area for 20-40 cents on the dollar.For example,I have a house that was built in 2003 it is a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage,cathedrial ceilings tile through ought the whole house .house is 1826sqft, all for $42,000 in Sarasota Florida.Those same homes are being right now in my are for $120,000-$210,000. I come accross houses like this at least 5 times a day. All i need is the funds. I have buyers in place.
