I work outside of Philadelphia, I drive to St Davdis, NW of Philadelphia to work, and am trying to learn to do short sales myself. What information have you gotten so far? Has it been helpful?

I'm not sure what links aren't working. Can you be more specific? If they are the links on the top right you click once and wait - there is a drop down that appears that has the link.

I saw on a post where you talked about the CI program. Well I've recently downloaded and read the E-book they provide. I'm still unsure if I'm going to use their websites. I checked out your sight and I have a few questions...and these are not criticisms just curiosity..
How much is the set up fee/ monthly fee?
You link's do not lead to anything...Have you just not added the content?
Do they provide you with a squeeze page? aka. a separate page to collect buyer/seller information?
Please respond to these questions as I would like to find out a little more about this website before I purchase it.
