Currently invested in a Lease/Purchase and a Short Sale.  Renovation almost complete so Lease/Option can be exercised, and property marketed ($165000 purchase for an assessed $258000!).  Realtor on hand with a personal touch to handle this.  Short Sale Purchase will also entail rehab before market (purchase $190000 for an assessed $265000).  Seems like a good start, yet very time consuming, labor-intensive, and money-sucking!

Looking to network to create partnerships, find funding that doesn't break the bank (?!), and move more deals!
