I have been an investor since 2003, starting in preconstruction and buy and holds throughout the nation. And now I am working with a wholesaler based in Ohio. Our group does fix and flips, fix and holds, wholesales, lease options. And we have full teams in place to do the whole project from the purchase of the property, hard money or tradtional financing, rehab (if needed), property management and selling of the property.
