Hi, My Name is Shawn. I have been in the Real Estate field ever since I moved to Sunny Florida about 4 years ago. I love all aspects of real estate, and I am constantly learning and researching more and more each day. I am currently working on an E-book, which should be finished any day now. As far as Real Estate, I pretty much do it all. I'm a lisenced realtor, but I try not to focus on the retail side of things. I buy and hold, work with wholesalings/wholesalers, work with preforeclosures and foreclosures, do small rehabs, staging houses, short sales, and online marketing.

I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES. I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team of loss mitigators) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million (move in ready), but keep in mind a good deal is a good deal. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power. Let me know if you have something or may now of someone who does. NATION WIDE. Thanks in Advance.
