About Me
Originally born and raised in NYC, I've been a CT resident now since 2001. Proud father of a 14 year old (TODAY!) daughter and 1 year old blue nose pit bull. I'm new to real estate investing as well as the Greater New Haven area but I look forward to learning much and working with many. Much of my time is split between employment in the sales/marketing division of a home improvement contractor and my household of 5 (double that number if you include pets). 
My Business
Nu-Life Realty Investment Services was started in Waterbury, CT in 2006 as a means of helping out of town real estate investors find viable multi-unit investments in that city. We have since moved to the City of New Haven, CT but still remain an active presence in Waterbury.
We are chiefly a bird-dogging outfit but on occasion we do fix and flip or wholesale out. We are now moving in the direction of offering our clients turn-key investing opportunities throughout New Haven County. All interested parties may contact me by email at: whitray212@gmail.com.
