In July I was surfing on line and there was a 2 hour free Rich Dad seminar...almost did not go...but went and glad I did...Signed up for the next step which was the learning to be rich seminar...Awesome stuff I was so overwhelmed but knew deep down we could do this and be successful... Have had a couple of Challenges with Moving to the next step..But we are taking Baby steps and I know that with perseverence and persistance we are moving  forward.

 The kiddos are starting back to school this week and I am ready to get going!!

My Husband and I are new to Real Estate Investing. I  work and volunteer in the school district here and He is a Signal Inspector for BNSF Railway. We are fairly new to the Sugar Land /Houston area. So My list of contacts is very very limited...Can you say He and I ??  We are very excited about jumping in just do not know where to turn...Could use some guidance..
