About Me
| I took my first real estate course in 1975. I was licensed in 1985 in Texas and have been licensed in Georgia since 1990. From 1990 to 1994 I worked as a Contract Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)/Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and was responsible for putting auction contracts in place through which was sold 300 to 500 properties (houses, land and comercial) PER WEEK for over 3 years -- equivalent to making the Million Dollar Club DAILY for over 36 MONTHS! From 1995 to 2004 I sold real estate as well as was a Manager and the one-on-one Trainer for real estate agents of one of the largest independently owned, non-franchise real estate companies in Georgia. I came on board with Virtual Properties Realty (VPR) at the end of 2004. Since then I have been a Realtor, Land Manager, Assoiate Broker, Assistant Managing Broker, Qualifying Broker (for a sister company -- Platter Realty / REBidNow.com (auctions), Licensed Professional Auctioneer and Account Manager as a Licensed Insurance Agent for Allstate on-site at the VPR corporate headquarters. I am currently actively listing and selling new homes, re-sale residential, land and commercial properties. Virtual Properties Realty is the FIRST real estate company in the Atlanta area to offer sellers a Virtual Reality Tour of their properties. I am happy to be with a company that embraces technology as well as full service to both buyers and sellers of ALL types of real estate. |
