Since 1997 I have been involved in land development and sales. It's something that I have thoroughly enjoyed, meeting and creating new relationships with my clients as I help them navigate the world of land purchasing. With the stock market as volatile as it is, more and more people are coming to me asking for advice and direction. This is where my passion for what I do comes into play. I welcome questions and concerns. I enjoy helping people take an active and educated role with their land purchases. My goal is to make understanding land purchasing more accessible to everyone. As a land investment consultant, broker and owner of IBX Circle, I've found more and more people are looking for alternative investments.  Most recently, I've found that people are contacting me with questions about their 401K/IRA's with an interest in using them to purchase land for investment. This is allowed by the IRS and is a great way to build wealth and keep your other money free.  Because this is new territory for so many, the concerns and questions about land purchasing are great.
