Finally going to my first REIA meeting tomorrow morning! I'm so excited!
UPDATE - Just got home from the meeting. I was a little nervous going, because I knew I was probably the newist member there. I'm so glad I made it. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. You could not separate the newbies from the seasoned investors because everyone was so down to earth. It was packed. All the seats were full. Talked to a couple people. Got some business cards.
