Wow, where to start... I've been interested in real estate for about 5 years now, and as of last year I purchased my first property in Pensacola Florida. Granted, this first property was suposed to be my home but 3 months after moving in, my husband found out we were moving to Cleveland Ohio. So since then we've been landlords, for better or for worse!
My husband Kevin and I have been married for a little over a year now, and we have 3 cats Emily, Matty and Spooky and a Yorkie named Ethan. Kevin works for a construction company as a Safety Administrator and I work full time as the Reservations Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn.
My goals are to work for myself and own a couple of businesses. The most important of which will involve real estate investing, and others will probably include homeopathy or some other alternative medicine field (although I have yet to figure out exactly what capacity or role). Other possible businesses might include business consulting or financial services. I am currently 5 classes away from my bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Ellis College.
