My name is Kyle Waugh. I'm a 40 year old husband and father of 3 beautiful children. I've always had a passion for Real Estate Investing but never knew where to start and could never get beyond the fear factor. Recently my wife had to leave her job after her doctor recommended permanent disability after two not so successful back surgeries. After losing her income, I knew there was no more time for excuses. I have to turn this dream into a reality now. Though I work for one of the leading companies in the world, I've found that this isn't what I want to do for the rest of my life. I want my freedom and more time with my family and friends, and I'm committed to seeing this through. Nothing is going to stand in my way.
