Hi, I've been investing going on 5years now. I've been married for 18 years and have a beautiful 11 year old daughter.

I primarily buy REO's, fix them up and rent them out, refinance and hold.
I help as many people as possible by doing lease purchase type agreement when the opportunities arise.
