Hi, I've been investing going on 5years now. I've been married for 18 years and have a beautiful 11 year old daughter.

I primarily buy REO's, fix them up and rent them out, refinance and hold.
I help as many people as possible by doing lease purchase type agreement when the opportunities arise.

Hello! Thank you for adding me to your network. I am just getting into Real Estate Investing. I don't have any money at this time, but I hope to make some great profits and strides in this! Do you pay a locator's fee if I can find you great properties? and may I add you to my buyers list? I eventually would like to try doing lease options, and assignments in the near future. I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever).
