I'm the co-founder of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association (TBREIA.com) and Prospectizer.com the prospect management web system for real estate investors.

I basically help real estate investors set up easy to manage multiple niche web sites for buying, selling, private money etc... and you can manage all the leads in once central database and follow up. Also you can plug in your bird-dogs (researchers) and sales reps and answering service all in one system so I teach that.
