Hi!!  I'm located in Vancouver, Washington which is right on the border of Portland, Oregon.  Most people get mixed up with Vancouver, Canada so when people ask where I'm from I tell em' Portland.  I am Always looking for people to network with and I feel the more people you know, the more successful you will be.  I do investing part-time but hopefully I can start doing it full-time as I have changed my direction on what type of investing I want to do.  If you are looking to network and do some deals, we can make it happen!!!

I have recently changed my focus towards wholesaling as I am not happy doing short sales.  If I get them though, I will pass them on to someone.  I am looking for wholesale partners, landlords, or rehabbers who want deals at 65%LTV and less depending on the market location as I do deals nationwide.  As I get deals locked up, I plan on forwarding them on to you..   My goal is to build my network.  Just let me know what you are looking for as far as LTV and location and I'll get my bird dogs workin'.  If you are also a wholesaler and have a huge list, I would like to offer up my deals and split them 50/50.  Let's Bring Home the Bacon!!!
