About Me
My primary interest is to help people who know nothing about investing in Real Estate , I don't know much but always you can help others with little of knowledge.In my beginning time I had no help ,(still don't have) and the little I know I try to put into good use.
I don't believe in those "gurus" out there who use the same tactics to trap people and get their money and them come with a "platinum" or "gold" deal, to take advantage of people dreams. That's what I create this business ,to help people who want to learn and invest safe and secure,free no fees to join just partner together with other professionals in the RE field.
My Business
Our Goal is to join professionals in the Real Estate field together,form alliances , LLC's,LP's and Joint Venture Partnerships to help increase their investing and have a better return on investing.
Also with the proceeds we can build diverse Investing Portfolios from Tax Liens & deeds,Judgment Liens,REO's etc. All upon investors request,likes and needs.
We also have on our agenda to invest in apartment buildings to rehabilitate and provide a better living for elderly and handicap people with low income.We have in project to incorporate a non-profit org.and use Government fund and private funds as well.
With all that in mind we have not forget the regular seller and buyer who need help with their projects too.
We can help and partner with them to find a best solution to end in a win-win deal.
