Hello, I am a Real Estate Appraiser located in Columbus, Ohio.  I have been appraising in the central Ohio area since 1987 and thought I would try jumping into the real estate investment game.  I bought my first investment in 2001 and bought on average 1 per year since then, so I'm really not tearing up the investment scene.  However, I am newly motivated and hope to do substantially more investments in the near future.  To date my investments have been; rehab and but and hold.  I am interested in wholesaling angle and would like to learn more in this area
