Hello All!
I run a wholesale/rent-to-own business part-time in South Eastern Wisconsin. I joined in order to network with more experienced investors and learn how to better automate my business.
I started with a do all be all business plan in early 2006 then after going nowhere went into the Rent to Own business and enjoyed everything except the tenant part. I then tried my hand at Auctions/Bid Sales and enjoyed it very much but was tired of taking a bunch of anacids each weekend hoping that enough people will show up and all the marketing was worth the cost.
Finally with the foreclosure boom I got into structuring deals and wholesaling with the option of offering a lease option to rehabbers during the work. Things are going good but now need to automate and develop a scalable plan.
I think I am part of the right site and look forward to learning and growing with other investors.
