Hi folks we just added some new investment properties for sale on our site. One of them is a fully leased duplex, built in 1995 $1,000 a month from rent! Only $69,900!
Come take a look I also have some houses for sale that are ridiculously cheap!

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever.
