About Me
I have been a real estate investor and consultant since 2002. Planning on going onto the training circuit in the near future. I have bought and sold homes and apartments. I have created software (Excel based) that helps analyze commercial and residential deals.
What We Do...
Since starting in real estate I have tested many different avenues. Also, created different companies specializing in different areas of real estate.

Part of Trident Investments is to analyze apartments (see the Bookstore). We are now in the process of buying larger and larger deals. We are seeking training on creating Property Management Companies in different cities and states.
Another company we created was based on helping people in Vegas try to keep their home, or at least stall the sale until they can find other means.
