I am a little guy trying to make a difference. Call me ignorant but I struggle with the whole, 'I am great thing". In my mind when you are good you shouldn't have to boast, is that wrong? We have clients from Wall Street to Main Street and everything between. They come to us when its time to liquidate. Since 2001 We have sold over 1,000 homes. We just put a deal together for 200 non-performing notes with a value of 12.3 Million. Subject homes are all Dayton, Cincy, Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Toledo, Mansfield & more. I am looking for creative note buyers to buy mortgage notes from banks at a discount and do a loan modification to reduce principal and monthly payment so that the homeowner can keep the house, rent it out at the current market rent or sell to another buyer.

I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES (Single family, move in ready). I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.
