About Me
I've been investing in real estate since 1999. I flipped properties through the California upcycle from '02-'06 in San Diego and after the crash we decided to move to San Antonio, Texas in September 2006 after our reserch indicated local market conditions were favorable. We're on our 7th house here in San Antonio so far and our experience has been very profitable. I'm looking forward to going back to San Diego as soon as the market bottoms out.
