Hello Investors! I am a wife and a mother to a 6 month old baby boy. I am looking to work for my self and not a company. I want to be able to spend more time with my family. I just started this business in January of '09. I love to help people regain ownership if they have felt like it was lost, and also help people who need to find somewhere to rent or just need to get out of the situation they are in. I am very excited about investing in real estate, and I cannot wait to do more deals.

My goal is to provide my services all over the world, to help out communities and individuals who are stuck in a situations where they do not know what to do, what the next step would be. I provide assistance for modifications, forbearance plans and deed in lieu (giving house back to the bank). I also help investors that would like to invest in Michigan. I would find the house for them at a good deal, and present the deal to the investor. There are a lot of good deals in my market and I want to share them with anyone who wants to take advantage of it! I am looking for:Hard money lenders, private lenders and investors that would like to invest in Michigan.

Right now I have found new partners. We are doing short sales and probate houses. We are looking for real estate agents to work with in almost any state. We are also helping the people who we do short sales for get into another house on a lease option. Life is great when we can help people!
