Financing

For clients wishing to get a loan guaranteed by an “A” rated bank SBLC, we have an offering available. We have made arrangements with a major Euro issuing bank as well as an “A” rated Euro lending bank.

 

Amount: $25M USD and up with no maximum at 100% funding.

Loan Period: 1-year SBLC with up to 5 years for extensions at 5% per annum.

Time frame for closing: Within 30-45 days with a good business plan and a top 6 accounting firm audited report on the borrowers’ project.

Costs to the borrower:

  • Setting up a private bank account with an initial deposit of $750,000 USD. This account opening deposit is credited back to the bank charge at the time of closing. You may open your private bank account with an initial deposit is $350,000 USD should your project’s business plan include a top 6 accounting firm audited report.
  • 6% bank fee (includes broker points and the cost of the SBLC) that is taken out at closing

 

Interest charged for the first year: Approx. 5.5%

 

 

Types of projects: Open for all types and sizes of projects & offering international funding.

 

 

FUNDING PROCEDURES & DUE DILIGENCE:

 

  • Submit by e-mail your project’s full business plan, accounting firm audited report, signed LOI/POF on your corporate letterhead, a signed POF statement from either the borrowers’ bank, brokerage house, or Attorney overseeing a trust account, stating unequivocally that the borrower indeed has the $750,000 liquid funds to wire in to a private bank account within the Collateral bank, and a 2% signed MFPA. If the project seems doable, the borrower will be put in direct contact with the bank and is sent instructions for opening a new private bank account within the Collateral Bank. The borrower may need to make overseas travel arrangements in order to meet with the banker in person.

 

  •  Due Diligence: Besides the client’s complete business plan, it will be up to the client to provide an independent top 6 accounting firm’s audited report on the achievability of the goals established in the B.P. along with a recognized law firm’s legal opinion letter relating to any legal issues involved in the proposed project. Given these two items and a good business plan, the bank can normally close within 30-45 days. The bank can provide for you some suggestions for engaging these two major due diligence sources, if you do not have them.

  • The borrower will present their business plan/project to the banker and if there is genuine interest to move forward, the borrower and the banker will mutually negotiate terms and conditions of the proposed transaction. The banker will draft a bank contract and bank term sheet for approval of the borrower. Once accepted, the borrower and banker sign off on the agreement. The borrower now has a bank-endorsed funding agreement.
  • The borrower opens a private account within the bank and deposits $750,000 USD in to the new account. The borrower now becomes a legal client of the private investment bank and this will trigger the bank to commence its final due diligence on the project.
  • On final bank approval, the borrower signs the bank loan docs. Upon closing of the transaction, funds are dispersed (wire transferred) according to the term sheet agreement within about 48 hours. Transaction is now closed.
