Hello! I am excited to be in a place where I can interact and network with like-minded individuals. I am a divorced mother of 3 great kids. My oldest, Jimmy, recently graduated college in California and is now starting his career as a 3D animator! My two youngest, Zach and Savannah, are at home and keep me busy! I LOVE real estate investing!! I am very people oriented and like to meet new people! I make friends easily and enjoy getting to know someone new. I am very easy to talk to and get along with. I am very independent and enjoy my family time the most!

My Business

My business, Guardian Gate Properties, LLC, is growing and I am very excited to expand my horizons. I am a supply side wholesaler of REO assets. I work locally and nationwide. I have contacts in just about every aspect of investing. If you need a contractor to finish a bathroom........I know who to call! Kitchen....I know 'em! And the list goes on!

I am looking to network and continue learning from more experienced investors as well as helping newbies myself. I would like to exand my investors list and get in contact with people who can help me in the expansion of my business.
