Education
Licensed in seven different states. MBA with a minor in real estate. graduated Cum Laude in February of 2006. I've been doing mortgages for many years. I got started with Bank of America. Went on to work for Wells Fargo, E-Loan, Pinnacle Bancorp, California Financial Group, and now I'm currently with Indymac Bank. Real Estate Law education is pretty extensive due to the licensing requirements in the states I'm licensed in.
Hobbies
I have many hobbies. I really enjoy water sports and snow sports. Such as wakeboarding all up and down the California Delta as well as on the various lakes in California. I really enjoy snowboarding through the winter. I've been snowboarding for over 14 years. I really enjoy real estate prospecting too. Pretty apparent. I enjoy traveling. My love and I have traveled to many different countries accross the globe. We love to attend concerts and have friends that are in bands.
Family
My family is widespread throughout the country. The Jones family is thick. So, is my mom's side of the family. I love each and everyone of them. My lady's family is great too. They are big time investors and my clients.
About Me
I don't no where to start. I'm a fun loving guy with huge morals. I really care about the planet and it's survival. I was born in Berlin Germany as my dad was stationed there. I have lived in California my whole life and have moved around various places, but always stay relatively close to the bay area. Most of my family that hasn't moved away is here. I work out and have come to be quite the nutritionist nut about what I eat. Enjoy swimming and going out to do new things. We frequent San Francisco and other hot spots in the Bay Area. Eating is a fine pass time when new foods are introduced. I like fast cars, but try to not drive to much (saving the planet again). I work alot, but who doesn't in real estate.

Please get on my buyers list (even if you think you already are). I am a wholesaler in Memphis TN. I wholesale about 1.5 houses a week and all my deals will cash flow at least $200/m and have at least 25% and $20k in equity, for rentals. My average rental cashflows 230/m and has 35% equity and 25k in equity, sometimes more.
My average rehab property will net you at least $25k (after all expenses). I’ve sold houses where the buyer walked with 40-50k after all expenses, when they sold it.

The average price of a property is only about $45,000 with an ARV between 65k and 160k
