I would like to introduce myself as I am new to this site. I own a wholesaling company in Phoenix and have another branch located in Austin, TX.
We have many properties available with $100k + in equity that are 20%-35% below market value. We are looking for other investors to sell these to as these require a quick close (conventional financing is allowed on a case by case basis)
