About Me
Well, where do I begin. I'm a mother of 7 boys, all of them grown and on there own paths. I have had a few occupations from La Enforcement to the Medical field. And Property Managment. Over the years I have ordered many courses and all have collected dust what a wast of money. Now that my boys are all gone, I want to persue my real estate investing. I always had an interested in real estate but never took it serious. I'm ready to jump right in. I live in San Bernardino Ca. the cost of living is real bad here. I would love to do wholesaling and lease options but its going to be a challange. All the wholesale deal are all owned by investors, and can only be bought with cash or hard money. How can one get started in that situation? I need to get started soon. I'm so glad to be a part of realestateinvestors.com . I believe I can get some help. Pam
