39, Married, 1 daughter. I have been involved in residential contruction for over 14 years, as of the last 6 years in a Proect Management capacity. I love building houses, however I am burnt out and have probably reached my financial ceiling as far as wages go.
My love for architecute is definitely being fulfilled here in NOLA, if anyone gets a chance to visit not just for MArdi Gras, and you appreciate architecture come see the "GArden District" "Uptown," "Old Metaire" English turn" and the Audubon Zoo.
I am a long way from home and LOUISIANA is definitely a different world since Katrina it sure has change people in so many ways. Anyway I have just this month finished my real estate appraisal courses, and finding a mentor is proving to be a task( you have to be sponsored for two years before you get you "residential" license in the mean time I am a "trainee" for this period.
In the last two years I am recently back in the country after a 12 year hiatus.
Boy starting over can be daunting.
Anyone know of a reliable, reputable lender for someone with a FICO sore of about 625
