HELP WANTED: Seeking seasoned Southern CA investor who is looking for a grateful hardworking apprentice that will work for knowledge. I have held my CA real estate licensed which I have used as a mortgage broker for the past 10 years and prior to that I was a PR person for a CA escrow company for 13 years. I have relations with local Title Companies, Escrow Companies, RE & Trust Attorneys, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, General Contractors and I have access to the MLS .
