Hi all,
I have a brief question and wonder how you all would go about this situation. Here goes:
There is a house across the street from me that stays vacant all year long. The owner goes and stays out of town with his son and checks in on the house about twice a year. I wan't the house. I wan't to approach/call him about buying the house because I think I can rent it out. I'm sure he doesn't have a mortgage on the property. Hello All. So I need as much advice as I can possibly get.
Here is the deal.
My wife has a friend whose husband recently passed away. Her husband had 3 rental properties. 2 of the homes are paid for and have renters. 1 has a mortgage on it with tenants.
