I just bought a house from the Benham group a month ago on Clover Hitch Dr in Charlotte.  You should check out the after repair pics on my site.  We did a total transformation, and got a rental contract on it last week.

On a personal note, I am 41, been married to my lovely wife, Kim, for 18 years, and have 4 beautiful daughters, 16, 15, 10 & 5.  I joined the site b/c I am a new investor & want to learn more about strategies, marketing, business structure, putting systems in place, etc.  Our first deal is almost complete.  I find the deals and my in-laws help fund.  We purchased a 3/2 brick ranch in December, and it is now under contract.  We hope to split $20k after taxes & expenses, and we're ready for deal #2.
