About Me
I am co-owner of an investment property wholesaling company in New Haven County, Connecticut. The company has 3 co-owners who are dedicated to wholesaling and providing our investors with all the necessary information needed in order to analyze a property for acquisition.
Being a Licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, I also have access to the MLS and assist other investors in pursueing their real estate needs.
On Monday, 2/15/2010, I entered the real estate business full time as the Leasing Manager of a Property Management Company in CT called New Era Property Management. We currently have approximately 80 units under management and looking to expand.

I am an investor. I purchase short sale properties from listing agents and pay them the full bank allowed commission plus 1%. Can I have my buyers Realtor contact you? We do the short sale negotiating with the bank - is that OK with you?
Once I take full legal title to the property I then resell MY property using the same listing agent. In other words the original listing agent gets paid twice on the same property. And this can happen in just a very short time frame of months.

Hello Manny, I thank you for the amazing comment on my posting I really do appreciate the love & the guidance. As far as messaging you my friend I can't because you have deleted your contact panel box from your profile. I once did that as well so if you don't know how to get it back on heres how to do it... Go to EDIT PROFILE, click ADD NEW BOX on the left hand side and then add CONTACT PANEL. After that you should be all set and it'll allow people to message and contact you, other than that panel I have no idea personally how to message you or contact you besides writing this comment. Take care my friend, thank you for all the advice & I am willing to sell you my properties at a fair discounted price well below wholesale value especially considering one of them is a turnkey property collecting $700/month in rent and the other one is a duplex that has been rehabbed and just waiting to sell right now because money ran out. Let me know Manny how we can talk further on this...
