thanks for the add. I would be interested in commercial deals of any type between $5MM and infinity. Distressed properties that the seller is willing to consider seller financing, joint ventures or master lease options on income property. The firm that I am working with can do due diligence in 1-3 days and close in 7 days, if they don't have to qualify for a loan. I would be compensated by the firm if a deal is done.
