I'm not your average real estate broker. I understand what investors want and need, and I hate wasting your time or mine. I'm an investor turned investor/agent. Why? To help you reach your goals without the common aggravation of dealing with the typical, "commission-hungry" broker; not just to list and sell freakin' houses.
You see, when I first got started as an investor, I worked with a lot of Realtors in order to find a few good ones who understood investor needs, LTVs, ARVs, etc. And this was so irritating (like I know it is for you), I decided to become the exception. I've never liked following the herd.

My Business
Our Mission is to always provide professional, competent service while assisting property owners in distress; facilitate private investors who desire high, fixed, secured investment returns; and to provide expert consultation and value-added services for serious real estate brokers and investors.
To date we have purchased and sold over 63 residential and commercial properties, and structured the flip of a large apartment complex. Our transactions are typically funded by private investors who receive a guaranteed minimum 12% annual return on a $60,000 - $300,000 cash investments. We do not use banks, so our transactions are always expedient. Lastly, all funds and security documents are strictly and discreetly handled by our private attorney for your protection.
