Greetings! I'm not your average real estate broker. I understand what investors want which equates to not wasting your time or mine. I'm an investor turned investor/agent. Why? To help you, the serious investor, reach your goals without the common aggravation of dealing with the typical no-deal-finding, commission-hungry real estate broker; not to list and sell houses. And yes, I return phone calls promptly!
When I first started investing, I worked with a lot of brokers to find "the few" good ones who understood investor needs...LTVs, ARVs, exit strategies, etc. This was extremely frustrating (like I know it is for you), so I decided to become the exception. The Unconventional Investors' Broker... I've never liked following "the herd" anyway!

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
