Thanks for touching base Katie. You know, I did. I've since moved out of the real estate business and am only investing as a hobby. I've purchased my 3rd home and am renting the other two out, but I'm working a day job that I really enjoy as the Executive Director of the Young Professionals of Central Virginia, an arm of the regional government. I'm curious, though, what you had in mind. :-)
