About Me
Hello everyone, my name is Javad Washington but most people call me Jay. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor.

I’m 36, live in Miami and have 3 kids. I attended Miami-Dade College and studied accounting, business, computers and real estate.
I’m a strong believer of “you don’t have to reinvent the wheel” in other words, copy success. So what I did was study the rich and the super rich. I also read some books about people who are rich and how earned their fortune. I found that the common factor of wealthy people is that they started building their fortune in real estate. That make since because there is no other business where you can make huge profits and then legally protect them from taxation. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, Google 1031 exchange for further understanding. I found this to be exciting because I love real estate and I am an entrepreneur. So I combined them together and formed a real estate acquisition agency. It’s more like an investment team/club. At this stage of the company, I’m looking to close my first deal. This will create cash that I can reinvest into the company and then earn more profits at a faster rate. You know how it goes in the beginning; you don’t get capitol until you earn capitol. Its 2009 and I decided to be more aggressive in seeking out others who share the same interest as me, taking my business to the next level and working harder and longer to accomplish my dreams of being a multi-millionaire.
My Business
My company (no name yet) find real estate for below market value. I’m talking deals that would make your jaw drop. As you all know, Florida has one of the highest foreclosures rates in the country. It is this market that has created many opportunities for investors and business firms to create wealth thru net worth building. My product is the following. Knowledge of the local (Miami) real estate market. I find properties and research properties. My research includes market analysis and comps for the area. I then build a proposal for investors to review. I earn my profits in the form of fees. I plan to put live video on my blog which is www.realestateinvestmentdeals.blogspot.com to show the process of closing my first deal. I welcome advice, suggestions and feedback. Also if you feel that you can contribute to my company in the form of services, I’m always excepting proposals.
