I'm new to the Network, you have a very nice website.. I've mostly focused on Lease Options. However I have a new interest in Rehabs and Wholesaling. I've notice you have some background in this area of Real Estate. I'm in the Washington, D.C investing. Interested in possible networking with you. If you have any ideas to how to best approach finding Hard Money Lenders for Rehabs.
