Hi my name is Dwayne Stutzman and I am from Wauseon , Ohio near Toledo. I am married and have two beautiful kids. Working to be able to do real estate investing fulltime. My wife and I like to vacation in Florida and will have a second home there in the future.I'm trying to learn as much about real estate investing as I can .
