Hello. First off, I am glad to be apart of this vibrant community of fellow investors. Eventhough, I am new to real estate investing, I have set my goals extremely high. I am currently a Union Carpenter. I attend Colorado Technical University Online majoring in Business Administration Project Management and I enjoy learning and doing real estate investing part-time.

I am the owner and operator of S & T Properties out of the Kansas City, MO area. I am mainly focusing on wholesale deals at the present time in order to help build my portfolio. I help homeowners who really need to get out of those "all to common" problems we all hear about. Eventhough my business is small, I will expand in 2010 and be bigger than ever before.
