Sterling Realty Group specializes in Real Estate Investment, Consulting and Development. Our core area at this time is deal structuring and providing property due diligence for investors. Aside from the real estate division, we will be launching a financial services division later this year that will produce a debit card program for those who do not have a traditional bank account. Credit card programs will follow in the future.
We are looking to move into investing in multi-family properties here in Omaha and in other parts of the country as well. We would like to network with other investors to get deals done and also learn more about the "hard-money" arena to do deals.
