About Me

Im a 30 year old real estate investor here in Omaha,Nebraska. I have been looking at and studying real estate since I was about 15 years old. I remember watching Carleton Sheets Infomercials @ 15 and thinking "I would like to own properties someday". I have been involved in the entertainment business as a promoter for the past 9 years. I have had my successes and my failures with it, but I also feel its time to move on to my 2nd act "Real Estate". What better way to achieve wealth and make a difference in the life of your family and also your community.

My Business

Sterling Development, LLC. is an Omaha,Ne based real estate development & investment company. We also specialize in wholesaling properties and doing lease option deals. Aside from the real estate division, we will be launching a financial services division later this year that will produce a debit card program for those who do not have a traditional bank account. Credit card programs will follow in the future.

We are looking to move into investing in multi-family properties here in Omaha and in other parts of the country as well. We would like to network with other investors to get deals done and also learn more about the "hard-money" arena to do deals. Creative Investing can be a win-win for all parties in a deal if structured properly.

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever).
