Hello, First like to say that I am a new investor in training.How did i get inspired you might ask? Opportunity. When I was in college this past year, i was so determined to what i wanted to major in... Turns out that moneny was an issue for me. Waking up every morning at 5 a.m to get to class and then going to work. And not getting home till 1 a.m was getting really exhausting. I managed to get through 2 semesters but that was it. Having little money motivation I turned to real estate. As a 23 year old. I think i know more about real estate that most people. Heck, I think i know more than the average broker or real estate agent. Can somebody say SHORT SALES? lol. I like being myself and letting people know where I come from. But, i have yet to put my knowledge into action. I am here to help People out with there buisness and so they can me out with mine. I have unique strategies to look for properties.
