About Me
Recently began in the wholesale business and have amassed several high end buyers.
I am originally from NY and spend over 10 years in Manahattan real estate. I am also a certified general real estate appraiser in Florida (and formerly NY) with over 25 years experience.
My Business
The Rising Phoenix Group currently has clients with written “Proof of Funds” that are looking for residential buying opportunities in the 20 - 65 cents of dollar range.
We also have buyers looking for, and some only want, commercial REOs and notes. These buyers have between $10M and $500M each and are aggressively looking for product. Some have specifically requested Florida but others will look at deals all over the country. Some are bottom feeders but some are willing to pay around 65 - 70% LTV.
I have another broker that I'm working with who has 3 more groups that he's working with. He is in the process of verifying their funds as well.
