Hi my name is scott serfass and i am looking for a partner who knows how to buy houses. I build and remodeled houses for 10 years and know how to fix most things. I dont know anything about buying houses but have wanted to do this for years and know i have the time. I got laid off my job in february and in august i got terminated from my job because they had no work. You would buy the house i would fix it up and then we would sell it and split the profits.
